Tamara first started her Pilates journey in 2006 when she was searching for something to improve her overall health and fitness.
She was impressed by the authenticity and integrity of Pilates and also loved the effects Pilates was having on her body. The idea of helping people become stronger and in control of their bodies is what inspired Tamara to train as a teacher.
If not doing Pilates, you may also find Tamara on a Yoga mat, running though Bottle Lake Forrest or chasing after one or both of her two little boys.
She completed The Pilates Standard training in Germany in 2016 and after returning to New Zealand completed the Polestar Mat training.
