FAQs

Please get in touch if your questions about Flowpresso treatments remain unanswered here.
How long does my Flowpresso treatment take?
A session with the Flowpresso suit takes 40 minutes. However, we book you in for a 60-minute appointment and recommend that you block an hour of your time. This allows for a consultation before the treatment and time to integrate afterwards.
What should I wear for my Flowpresso session?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear clothing that covers all bare skin on your arms, torso, legs, and feet, where you will be wrapped in the suit.
You might like to wear leggings, flow pants, or joggers for your lower body, and a light, long-sleeved top on your upper body. Please also wear socks.
What if the pressure or heat is too much for me?
We can fully customise the pressure and infrared warmth of the Flowpresso treatment to suit your preferences. During the first cycle, a member of our staff will stay with you and adjust the pressure and warmth to your liking. If you experience discomfort at any point during the treatment, we can always make adjustments as needed.
How many Flowpresso treatments do I need?
For most people, we recommend starting with three Flowpresso sessions, scheduling one treatment per week for three weeks. For the best results, your treatments should be no more than seven days apart, but with a minimum break of three days between sessions. This way, the benefits become cumulative while allowing the body enough time to integrate.
If you are using Flowpresso as a treatment for a specific condition, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, your recommended treatment plan may vary.
Who shouldn’t use Flowpresso?
Flowpresso therapy is not recommended if one of the following applies:
you are pregnant
you have broken bones
you have back or hip issues and haven’t been cleared by your physician
you have an acute inflammation, such as phlebitis or thrombosis
you have infection complications, such as ulcers
you have a risk of congestive heart failure
you have an abdominal spinal curvature
If you are uncertain whether Flowpresso therapy is right for you, it is always a good idea to consult your trusted health practitioner.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on unused sessions.
If you are unsure whether Flowpresso is the right treatment for you, a single session might be the best fit.
If you choose to invest in a multi-session package and are unable to use all of your sessions, you are welcome to transfer your remaining sessions to somebody else or sell them on.
