    Yin Yang offers the contrast of gentle floor to standing sequences, and back down to earth again. This class is all about the balance between being and doing. Perfect for those who love both the floor based slow and deep sequencing, and a wave of standing flowing Vinyasa between.

  • Yin (Y)

    This is a floor based practice

    Yin gifts us the slow teasing out of space within the body. This meditative floor based practice explores a combination of gentle somatic movements and longer holds. When you require heart resting, know this will leave your body stretched and released.

  • Restorative (R)

    REPAIR, RESET + RECONNECT


    This is a floor based practice

    This is a floor based practice using supportive props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps and balls), to encourage the body’s repair and reset. Designed to recreate the brainwaves of recovery and sleep, restorative yoga is for those who want to learn how to balance a fast and chaotic lifestyle, with a necessary stillness.


  • Flow (F)

    FLOW TO FIND YOUR NATURAL GLOW


    Mostly upright-standing practice

    A flowing sequence, grounded in traditional sun salutation, with a diverse balance between strength and flexibility, within YOUR ABILITY. Perfect for those who love to practice yoga in a neutral temperature environment. Some like it hot and some like it cool.

  • Slow Flow (SF)

    FIND YOUR FLOW AT YOUR OWN PACE


    Mostly upright-standing practice

    Slow Flow is a continuous, gentle practice based on traditional Sun Salutations that builds strength and flexibility, with options to suit different ability levels. It’s ideal for those who enjoy steady, mostly standing movement and stretching in a neutral-temperature environment.

  • Monday Intentions (MI)

    A 9:30am weekly class to begin your week with clarity and focus, using mindful movement and reflection. Each month explores a new theme to help deepen awareness and set a positive tone for the week ahead.

  • Core Flow (CF)

    FLOW TO FIND YOUR CORE STRENGTH

    Core Flow is a Pilates-inspired class designed to build core strength and stability. Expect smooth, controlled movements that engage the entire body and support balanced, functional strength.

  • Postpartum Pilates with Baby Care

    RESTORE + RECONNECT


    This is a floor based practice

    Reconnect with your body after birth in this gentle Postpartum Pilates class led by our resident physiotherapist, Kolbi Becker, while your baby is cared for by Dew Drops Postpartum Carers. Designed for babies 6 weeks to crawling (around 7 months), it offers a nurturing space to restore and strengthen while knowing your little one is safe and well looked after.  


  • Pregnancy Yoga (PY)

    MOVE, BREATHE & BUILD CONFIDENCE

    An inclusive, welcoming yoga class for all stages of pregnancy, designed to help you move, breathe, and relax in a safe and supportive environment. Led by a qualified prenatal yoga teacher, the class helps you stay active, build strength and confidence for birth, and ease common pregnancy discomforts—no experience or commitment needed, just drop in when it suits you.

    In our sound classes, healing frequencies guide you into a deep meditative state where the body and mind can naturally restore and rebalance. Using instruments such as sound bowls, chanting, and singing, the session helps reduce stress and support overall mental and physical wellbeing.

    Heated Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective practice in a gently warmed room, using long passive stretches (3–5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues and release tension. The heat supports deeper warming, improved flexibility and circulation, and a calm, inward-focused experience.
