My love for yoga began when I first left the UK to travel across the world in 2017. I found that it grounded me at a time in my life when I didn't have many roots.

In 2021 I felt called to deepen my practice and completed my 200hrs YTT. From here I developed a deeper connection to yoga philosophy and felt a sense that I had found my passion and purpose.


Since then, I have completed multiple training courses in meditation, breathwork, aerial yoga and just recently reformer pilates.

I believe that yoga allows us to deepen that connection with mind, body and heart and through each class I lovingly guide you on a journey back to your center - back to your home.



Having recently just moved to Christchurch I am so grateful to have found a home at Flow. I love the sense of community you feel when you walk through the door and when you're a newbie to a city, you can't beat that feeling!
