ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a class, membership, or pass through our website, app or in studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and studio policies. These terms are designed to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students and teachers.


BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • All classes, memberships, and passes must be purchased online or in‑studio prior to attending.
  • Payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.
  • Must be used within the stated validity period.
  • Pricing and schedules are subject to change with reasonable notice.


ARRIVAL AND LATE ENTRY POLICIES

  • Studio entry is guaranteed from 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. Entry earlier than this is not guaranteed.
  • To maintain a calm and respectful environment, late entry is not permitted once class has begun.
  • If you arrive after the class start time, your spot may be released to a waitlisted student and the class will be forfeited.


CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We understand that life happens! If you can’t make a class, please cancel via the app (the same way you booked). This gives the next yogi on the waitlist the chance to join.

  •  A no-show is when a class isn’t cancelled and you don’t attend.
  • More than 2 no-shows will result in the class being charged to your account or deducted from your pass.


HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY 

  • By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga and related movement practices.
  • You agree to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns to the teacher prior to class.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Always listen to your body and rest when needed.
  • Our teachers may offer guidance but do not provide medical advice.


STUDIO ETTIQUETTE 

To maintain a supportive and respectful shared space, we ask that all students:

  • Arrive with enough time to settle before class begins.
  • Keep voices quiet in practice areas and reception spaces.
  • Switch mobile phones to silent and store them away during class.
  • Remain in the studio for the full class where possible, especially during relaxation.
  • Respect personal space and follow teacher guidance.
  • Use clean mats and towels and maintain personal hygiene for shared comfort.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Please store belongings in designated areas only.


CHANGES TO CLASSES OR TEACHERS

  • We reserve the right to change teachers, class times, or class formats when necessary.
  • If a class is cancelled by the studio, your credit will be returned to your account or an alternative offered.


LIABILITY WAIVER

  • By attending, I acknowledge and agree that Flow Yoga & Wellbeing is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that yoga and other classes may be physically demanding, and I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of the potential risks, including personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, nor legal representatives will bring any claims or take legal action of any kind against Flow Yoga & Wellbeing or its members for personal injury, property damage or loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.


PASSES & CONCESSIONS:


DROP IN

The pass is non-refundable; however, if it remains unused due to cancellation, a credit will be added to the client’s account for future use.


INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

2-Week Unlimited Introductory Offer: May only be purchased once per person. The student must be a permanent resident of Christchurch and a new client who has never attended Flow before, including at the Mandeville St location. Pauses or holds on the pass are not permitted. The pass is non-refundable.

1-Month Unlimited Introductory Offer: May only be purchased once per person. The student must be a permanent resident of Christchurch and a new client who has never attended Flow before, including at the Mandeville St location. The included Lightstim session must be used within the month. Pauses or holds on the pass are not permitted. The pass is non-refundable.

Students may purchase one of the two introductory offers only.


MOMENTUM PASSES

10 class Momentum: Non-refundable. Valid for 1 month. Remaining classes may be gifted or on-sold. No extensions.

Momentum Annual: Fixed 12-month term, no pauses or extensions. Pass is non transferable and non refundable


UPFRONT UNLIMITED

Travellers Pass: The pass is non-refundable. Pauses or holds on the pass are not permitted.

3-Month Unlimited: The pass is non-refundable. If unused, clients may gift or on-sell remaining classes or validity. Clients are entitled to a two-week free hold per year; additional holds $25/week, up to eight weeks. Maximum two hold periods/year, maximum hold length two months. Guest passes must be used within the validity period of the pass.

6-Month Unlimited: Same terms as 3-Month Unlimited.

Annual Unlimited Upfront: The pass is non-refundable. If unused, clients may gift or on-sell remaining classes or validity. Clients are entitled to a four-week free hold per year; additional holds $25/week, up to eight weeks. Maximum two hold periods/year, maximum hold length two months. Guest passes and Lightsim session must be used within the validity period of the pass and do not carry over.

Annual Unlimited In 4 Installments: Payment is in four equal installments via direct debit under a signed contract. The pass is non-refundable. Remaining classes may be gifted/on-sold only after full payment. Holds and maximums are the same as the Annual unlimited upfront.. Lightstim session and guest passes must be used within the validity period of the pass and do not carry over.


CLASS PACKS

5-Class Pack(3 month validity), 10-Class Pack(12 month validity), 25-Class Pack(12 month validity): All passes are non-refundable. If unused, clients may gift or on-sell remaining classes. No extensions will be given on validity periods.


CONTRACTS

Minimum commitment: 4 weeks. After the initial 4-week period, you may cancel with 1 week’s notice. If notice is not given after the initial 4-week period, the contract will continue to roll over until terminated by the student. Guest passes are valid for one guest per week and cannot be carried over. Weekly Single studio includes one free 2-week pause per year. Weekly Unlimited includes one 4-week free pause per year Additional pause $25/week, maximum 8 weeks. Maximum 2 pause periods per year, maximum 2 months per pause. All fees paid, both current and future, are non-refundable. Payments are processed via Stripe, and any late payment or default fees are the responsibility of the client.
