With more than 15 years of practice Carina has developed a gentle, grounded approach that meets each person where they are.

Her work is centered in Reiki — a subtle yet profound practice that invites the body and mind back into balance. From this foundation she weaves complementary energetic modalities, allowing each session to unfold in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Carina is passionate about both her clients and the wider Reiki community, and currently serves as a Board Member for Reiki NZ Inc.

For those who feel called to explore deeper layers of understanding, she also offers Past Life Regression Therapy as a pathway to insight, release and realignment.

Her approach is intuitive, compassionate, and guided by the belief that healing unfolds when we are given the space to return to our true selves.
