My yoga journey began nearly three decades ago when I started travelling the world. I instantly fell in love with the practice and how it made me feel.

The lessons I have learnt on the mat have helped me to navigate life off the mat. Yoga is my passion and I love to share my passion with others. I love guiding people through a practice and being part of their journey of self-awareness and self-healing. My aim is to help people feel better and I enjoy passing on valuable tools and information to help others feel nourished and nurtured.


My classes draw on a variety of different practices including yoga, somatic movement and mindfulness. I believe the pose should fit your body and not that your body should fit the pose, so there will always be an option available to suit your body. I encourage people to connect to their hearts, to do what feels good and to have fun. Teaching also encourages me to keep learning and growing and for that, I am extremely grateful. Every time I step on my mat to teach, I feel incredibly blessed.


 If I'm not on my mat, you'll find me outside in nature with my beautiful dog Kula and husband by my side.

I feel very blessed to be part of the Flow Yoga family and to be able to practise in such a beautiful and serene space. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and I'll see you on the mat!
