Emily has been practising yoga for over 20 years beginning with Astanga then experiencing lyengar, Bikram and Vinyasa Flow until arriving at the Jivamukti studio in Sydney in mid 2012.
Jivamukti instantly aligned and inspired 5 years of intensive study. Through Jivamukti yoga Emily dived deeply in asana, kirtan, meditation, philosophy and the ethical foundations of yoga.
She discovered not only how to heal, cleanse and strengthen the body but also how to be in love with the beauty of life, the journey into self and how to be grateful for all that we give and receive.
