Jessie has spent the last fifteen years exploring what it means to actually inhabit a body — through yoga, dance, movement, and the outdoors. Her classes aren't about getting poses "right". They're about building a relationship with your body, creating a deeper understanding of your own nervous system, and what you need from your practice.

Jessie holds space that's grounded, attentive, and genuinely safe to show up in. She is a qualified trauma-informed facilitator and yin yoga teacher, and values meeting people where they are, with curiosity and warmth. She is originally from Whangaparāoa, now rooted in Ōtautahi — she is happiest in the forest, rivers, on a dance floor, and with the many incredible people in her life.
