My yoga devotion started when I became a mother and provided a brief but necessary escape from my favourite humans. That hour on my mat gave me the space to breathe, process feelings, and embrace challenges.

Over the years, I have tried on many yoga styles, studios and teachers, but I will never forget my first Hot Yoga class. We were packed mat-to-mat into an old church building. The heat was unrelenting, the afternoon light streamed through the stained glass windows and we flowed together as one—it was a spiritual experience and I was converted! I love the physical detoxification and mental clarity that comes from practicing in the heat. If yoga gave me wings, hot yoga allowed me to soar.

I have been blessed to share my love of yoga as a teacher both in America and at Flow Yoga. My classes reflect my breath-based Hatha training from the Akasha Institute in Bali, as well as the kaleidoscope of teachers and styles I have been fortunate to encounter. Set to modern music, my classes are designed to flow as a moving meditation, linking breath to movement and building endurance.

Off the mat, I enjoy ocean swimming, surfing and all things adventure!
