I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and teaching for more than 8, and it has been a meaningful part of my life.


Yoga helped me develop a genuine love for movement and has offered me valuable tools to navigate both my body and life more fully.


I truly believe that movement is medicine, and that yoga is a beautiful, sustainable way to support long-term wellbeing.
