I started practicing yoga for the first time in 2015 at Flow. My dad and sister brought me along and I got hooked straight away! Yoga has forever changed me as a person, inside and out!


I’ve had so many great teachers to help me along the way and now I'm so proud to be teaching at Flow. Hopefully I can inspire and help others here!


If you don't see me as a teacher, I'll definitely be practicing at least once a day at the studio. Come and find me before or after class, I always love to chat about yoga!
